1. The service
Destiny Experiment is an exploratory platform for comparing self-reported human life events with birth-time and traditional Chinese destiny variables. It presents questions, anonymous observations and evolving data—not certain predictions, professional readings or scientific proof.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18, submit only your own information, provide an email you control and protect your password. One person should maintain one resident account. Genesis residency is free from October 1–31, 2026; after Genesis, new residency will require a $1 payment once paid registration is activated. Automated registration, impersonation, harassment, dataset poisoning and attempts to bypass sample or reward controls are prohibited.
3. Research participation
You choose which optional modules to complete. By submitting a profile, you authorize the service to store, structure, consistency-check and use it in de-identified or aggregated exploratory analysis under the Privacy Notice. Sensitive health data requires an additional consent. You may withdraw future participation by deleting the account.
4. Pangu Coin and index choices
Pangu Coin is a closed, non-cash research entertainment reward. It cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money or property. Residents may use Pangu Coin to choose whether a Destiny Market index will rise or fall. These choices and their displayed gains or losses are simulations—not investments, securities, derivatives, wagers or promises of profit.
5. No professional or deterministic advice
The service does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. It does not diagnose disease or guarantee marriage, wealth, health, longevity or any future outcome. Seek qualified professionals for real-world decisions.
6. Data quality and fair use
Answer honestly and correct detected timeline conflicts. Do not scrape private interfaces, re-identify participants, publish another resident’s private data, overload the service, exploit rewards or submit malicious code. We may limit or suspend abusive access and exclude unreliable records from analysis.
7. Availability and changes
Indexes, methods, sample gates, rewards and features may change as evidence and methodology evolve. Insufficient Data is a valid result. We may correct errors, pause registration or remove unsafe functions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of experimental features.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, code, written explanations and compiled methodology belong to their respective rights holders. You retain rights in your submitted narrative while granting the limited processing permission described above. Anonymous aggregate statistics do not identify ownership of an individual source row.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Exploratory observations may be incomplete, biased or wrong. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Do not rely on the service for high-stakes decisions or emergencies.
10. Contact and versions
Questions, complaints and data-rights requests can be entered through the private request ledger. Paid registration will not activate until the final operator identity, payment provider and applicable paid-service terms are published. Continued use after a notified update may require renewed acceptance.
